We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo, and American Express.
Most shipments are made by Royal Mail 1st class or Parcelforce 24.
Customer's payment shall be complete and accepted prior to the delivery of products.
Delivery charges vary depending on product weight, physical size, delivery location and delivery service. They will appear as a separate charge on the checkout page.
Our standard delivery service includes delivery from Monday to Friday on the British Mainland. The British Mainland does not include Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight.
We will strive to deliver products within the times stated but products are subject to availability and delay in delivery of products is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the products are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the products. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid for the goods.
Shipping and handling charges are not charged on a per product basis but by total order.
If your item is not in stock, we shall advise you by email you of the unavailability and advise when the product will become available. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
O2 colour.com does not hold responsibility for any damages you may incur due to the insufficient inventory.
O2 colour.com accept product returns, without any penalty, within 7 days following the delivery of the product. The product or products returned shall be accompanied by the invoice and the authorization number described hereinafter.
A pre-authorized form is included with your packing slip and may be used in the event that merchandise received is not satisfactory. If a form is not handy, you may choose to email us on services@o2colour.com.
O2colour.com shall not automatically accept any shipping and handling charges required to return the products. The customer shall be responsible for the delivery cost as well as the cost of return and the risks of loss or damages to the products.
For the returned products, any amount charged to the customer's credit card for these products, other than the delivery fees, will be credited as soon as possible provided that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer.
Finally, please note that the customer will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, unless the product is defective.
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, the customer has the right to cancel the order within seven working days from the day after the delivery date for credit or refund. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by email to enquiries@o2colour.com. The customer is responsible for the outward shipment cost as well as the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.
Should the customer wish to cancel the order, any goods supplied must be returned to o2colour, 57 Elgood Avenue, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3QT, within seven days of your notice to cancel, with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
Note that if, after inspection, the products returned are found to be incomplete or in a damaged or used condition, we will charge delivery costs for returning them back to you.
