Buying from O2 COLOUR is simple.
1. Find the product
Click on the product you want to buy.
2. Put it in your shopping basket.
To buy a product, you need to put it in a shopping basket. You can then proceed directly to checkout or
look for other products you might like. To do this, just click on the [basket] icon or on an Add to basket button.
You can add as many items as you like to your shopping basket in this way.
You can check how many items you have in your basket at any time, by looking at your shopping bag on the top of the page.
You can edit the quantity of any item in the basket or delete the line entirely.
Now you can choose whether to continue shopping or check out
3. Finished shopping?
Check out!
When you've got everything you want, you'll need to go to checkout. Just click the checkout button.
If this is your first time shopping at O2 COLOUR, you'll need to provide your contact and address details. You input this once and it will be retained on our database so you won't need to provide this again. You'll need to provide a password to use to log in next time, and the answer to a secret question (e.g. what is your mother's maiden name?) so that if you forget your password in future, we can let you and only you have it.
To make payment, you'll need to provide credit or debit card information. This data is encrypted using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, is passed to the bank for payment and, for your protection, is not retained by us.
Now enter the address you'd like us to send the goods to (if you prefer not to have them delivered to your home address), confirm your purchase and you're done! Now you can sit back and look forward to the delivery.
Next time, you just enter your email address and your password and then your payment details. You can use the same delivery address or provide another one.
4. Now look forward to receiving your purchases!
Your purchases should normally be with you within 1-2 working days from the date you place the order.
